Ken Thomas was born and raised in Cleveland, OH where he began weight training and bodybuilding at the age of 12 and has been doing so ever since. He also started in martial arts shortly after that, ultimately reaching the rank of 3rd degree brown belt. Growing up in Cleveland at that time he had the choice of learning to protect himself or getting his butt kicked everyday. He chose the former.

Ken started acting at the age of 14 in a local community theater, got the "bug" very quickly and has been hooked ever since. In addition to his co-starring role in "No Pain, No Gain," he film and television credits include "Miss Congeniality," "The Faculty," "M.C. Hammer Story," "America's Most Wanted," and the upcoming "Sin City" and "Dot."

Ken has been married for 15 years (he says he has no idea how she put up with him that long) and they have two incredible kids: a son Cody and a daughter Arianna. Ken says they're both great kids and they're lucky to have them.

In addition to acting, Ken is currently working for the state of Texas as a camera operator. He says it's a fun job and he really enjoys it a lot. His ultimate life's dream is to work consistently in film. He says he's never set out to be a "star" but just to make my living doing what he loves to do, which is act. Ken's motto for life which he also uses as his email signature is:

NEVER GIVE UP, EVEN WHEN ALL SEEMS LOST, KEEP TRYING.
